What could be improved: High prices in Vancouver in general.Lynette from New Zealand – 6 March 2025 (7/10)
Good location and the bikes. Helpful staff
What could be improved: Noise from hospital ambulances at night.
More homeless around than a year agoSusan from Canada – 9 February 2025 (9/10)
The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed.
What could be improved: Some noise from the parkade below, but otherwise very quiet.Jurgita from Iceland – 8 February 2025 (9/10)

Mark from New Zealand – 23 January 2025 (8/10)
Great location between central and Yale town, rooms fresh and clean, friendly staff. Bikes were a nice touch! Nespresso machine in the room made a great coffee too.
What could be improved: Rooms a tad small, would have been helpful to have simple cutlery supplied to allow for having breakfast in the room instead of having to eat out for every meal.Clayton from Canada – 16 January 2025 (9/10)
Excellent and friendly staff! Clean rooms. Unique ambience.
Lisa from Australia – 16 January 2025 (8/10)

What could be improved: There was nothing we didn’t like.Alexandra from Australia – 12 January 2025 (9/10)
Great location and cool facilities. Room was very clean and comfortable although a little small. Handy location for public transport to downtown. Loved the outdoor firepit and happy hour drinks in the lobby. Staff were always friendly and helpful.
What could be improved: Room was pretty small but all in all it was clean and comfortable.Clucky from Canada – 20 December 2024 (9/10)
I loved the Nespresso machine and the many pods supplied, plus free water bottles which were super helpful. I LOVED the view of the Christmas lights (so pretty), the beautiful shower with very hot water, comfortable bed. Also, the location was perfect. Came back to a beautifully clean room after being out for a while – a nice surprise! Also, the printed my boarding pass for me – so helpful!
What could be improved: I just couldn't find some light switches to make it darker, but I fell asleep anyway as I was so comfortable!Karen from Singapore – 18 December 2024 (8/10)
Location was excellent – room was clean and comfortable.
What could be improved: Can be Noisy as windows are not sound proof. You can hear ambulance sirens 1-2x blaring each night, and people talking loudly by the street late at night Occasionally at 3am, there’s a man cursing at the top of lungs downstairs. Just need to wear ear plugs for light sleepers. We stayed 4 nights and had a room not facing the main street but facing Sheraton Wall Centre. We read about homeless people but that wasn’t an issue for us.
