  Staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Location is great for downtown Vancouver. Bacchus restaurant is a wonderful place for a special night out.

  Charming, quiet, oasis-like hotel, right in the middle of the city. Generous room, wonderful attentive staff and the best hotel bar/lounge we have visited in some time. Excellent food and overall very good value.

  The service was fantastic from start to finish. The staff really couldn't do enough for us, which was much appreciated (including packing our car up when we were leaving). The location was also super for all of our Vancouver activities.
  
  What could be improved: The rooms were a little tired looking compared to the rest of the top notch standard and felt like they were in need of a refurb. The bed was still super comfortable!
