  THE STAFF AT THE RECEPTION VERY FRIENDLY, KIND & HELPFUL. THEY EVEN GAVE US ELECTRIC BICYSCLES FOR FREE. THE ROOM WAS SPACIOUS. THE BED EXTREMELY COMPFORTABLE. WE RECCOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE VISITING VANCOUVER.

  It’s my go to hotel in Vancouver, The front reception staff are absolute stars, very personable and friendly. We love the welcome champagne, such a nice way to kick off a romantic weekend. The room service is fantastic and the lounge is a perfect way to finish the day.

  I love the small boutique feeling of Opus. The location is amazing and the staff are first class creating a comfortable stay. The hotel needs a few tweaks, black out curtains and better plugs for electronics. I love staying at Opus.

  The location was nice it was super convenient to walk around. Our view overlooked the street so it was fun to people watch! The bed, pillows and comforter were nice, clean and cozy!
  This was a special occasion trip, they put a nice welcome gift in our room and made sure to say Happy Birthday when we arrived! Nice touch!
