The suites here are where this place really shines for a three-star hotel. I stayed in one of their corner units, and honestly, the space felt more like a small apartment than a hotel room. There’s a proper kitchenette with a full-size fridge — not one of those tiny mini-bar fridges — which is perfect if you’re staying more than a couple nights. The separate living area means you can actually spread out, and the windows offer decent city views (though don’t expect waterfront vistas at this price point). The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and I appreciated the blackout curtains since Vancouver summers stay light pretty late.

The breakfast setup here is actually pretty solid — they do a buffet-style spread with both continental and American options, plus they’ve got gluten-free choices if you need them. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality; the scrambled eggs weren’t that weird powdered stuff you sometimes get, and they keep the coffee fresh throughout the morning. The hotel also has parking available, which in downtown Vancouver is honestly a huge deal — street parking around here can be a nightmare, and other hotels charge an arm and a leg for it.

  Hotel and staff were amazing, clean and comfortable.
  Parking is expensive $40/day. Hotel restaurant is extremely expensive for the food but overall, I would give the hotel it 7/10

  Great location, the family room was awesome as a family of 5. Having a single bed in an attached room was a huge suprise and very welcomed. Staff all very friendly.
  
  What could be improved: When I booked through booking.com, it said breakfast was included. However, it is that kids 12 and under are free and adults get two vouchers. Our kids are 9, 13 and 15, so we had to buy theirs seperately. That is booking.coms issue with incorrect info at least according to the staff. Ideally correct this as it was an extra expense we weren't expecting.
