Hotel and staff were amazing, clean and comfortable.

Great location, the family room was awesome as a family of 5. Having a single bed in an attached room was a huge suprise and very welcomed. Staff all very friendly.
What could be improved: When I booked through booking.com, it said breakfast was included. However, it is that kids 12 and under are free and adults get two vouchers. Our kids are 9, 13 and 15, so we had to buy theirs seperately. That is booking.coms issue with incorrect info at least according to the staff. The staff was very serviceable and always attentive to my needs, provided me with good references across downtown. Secure access after hours and in upper level first floor with a private outdoor space. The Locations was perfect for my needs.
