  Wonderful. Clean. Modern. Great proximity to our event at UBC.
  
  What could be improved: No AC. Most of the rooms had windows and cooled off at night. One bedroom had no windows and was too warm at night. Fans helped but still too warm.

  We greatly enjoyed our stay! The home was clean and recently renovated. It was in a good location with a nice and calm neighbourhood and the hosts were very attendant. The house also didn't truly feel like a basement and was spacious in the rooms.
  
  What could be improved: As others said the home had a bit of a weird format, and we would've liked that the interior staircase to the upper floor have a lock from the inside of the unit. It would've given us some more peace of mind, but it didn't greatly affect the stay.
