  Jiang was a communicative and gracious host. Getting access to the room was easy, as was checking out. I had privacy the whole time using a separate entrance with a locking door. The location had beautiful views and close access to public transit. Shops and restaurants were within a 20 minute walk. Jericho Beach is also close by!
  
  Overall this was an ideal location for a solo traveler without a car, provided that you're comfortable walking a lot (including up some hills) and taking buses.
  
  Guests who are looking for lively nightlife will probably want a different neighborhood, as this one is quiet and residential.
