Times Square Suites Hotel Overview
First Impressions
Walking into Times Square Suites Hotel, you immediately get that feeling of being in the right place at the right time. It’s not trying to be something it isn’t — this three-star property knows exactly what it does well and delivers on those promises. The lobby has a clean, welcoming vibe that sets the tone for your stay, and honestly, the staff seem genuinely happy to see you arrive.
Prime West End Location
Here’s what I love about the location on Robson Street — you’re literally in the heart of Vancouver’s most walkable neighborhood. I mean, step outside and you’ve got some of the city’s best shopping, cafes, and restaurants right at your doorstep. The West End is where locals actually want to live, not just visit, which tells you something about the area. You can walk to English Bay Beach in about ten minutes, and Stanley Park is practically next door. No wonder couples rate this spot so highly — there’s something romantic about strolling through tree-lined streets that lead to the seawall.
The Suites Experience
What sets this place apart is right there in the name — these are actual suites, not just hotel rooms with a fancy title. You get separate living areas, which makes a huge difference when you’re staying more than a night or two. The beds really are as comfortable as everyone says (and trust me, I’m picky about mattresses), plus you’ll find little touches that show they’ve thought about what travelers actually need. The kitchenettes are properly equipped too — not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation.
Practical Perks
Let’s talk about something that actually matters in Vancouver — parking. Times Square Suites Hotel has private parking on-site, which is honestly a game-changer in this part of the city. Street parking around Robson can be a nightmare, especially during peak season, so having a guaranteed spot takes away that urban stress completely. The property also gets those small details right — decent Wi-Fi, good water pressure, and rooms that are actually quiet despite being on a busy street.
Why Guests Love It
You know what really comes through in guest feedback? People appreciate that this hotel doesn’t oversell itself but consistently delivers on what it promises. The 9.2 rating reflects that reliability — it’s the kind of place where you know exactly what you’re getting, and it’s going to be good. The combination of the unbeatable West End location, comfortable suites, and practical amenities like parking creates this sweet spot where you feel like you’re living in Vancouver rather than just visiting it. For the price point, you’re getting way more space and location than you would at most downtown hotels.
Exploring Vancouver layers coastal mist, snow-dusted peaks, and neon-lit ramen alleys.

Reviews of Times Square Suites Hotel
Murray from New Zealand (10/10)
My wife and I had a one bedroom apartment with full kitchen and a laundry. After having been on the road for 14 days when we arrived, we had laundry – and left with a suitcase full of clean clothes. We made breakfast – fresh blue and blackberries purchased in English Bay, with yoghurt, boiled egss and bagels with cream cheese purchased at the Safeway across the intersection.
Great location to walk to Stanley Bay, the centre of town and the cruise port. Apart from a taxi when we arrived and another when we left, and a ferry to and from Granville Island Market, we walked everywhere for 4 days.Margaret from New Zealand (10/10)
Lovely apartment
Hilary from Australia (10/10)
The location was excellent, with many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The facilities of the room were fantastic, and it was great to have a kitchen to prepare our own food. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Good value for money for Vancouver and just a short uber ride to the cruise port.

We were very pleased with both the location & size of the property.
Katie from Canada (10/10)
I kind of wanted to keep this a secret but it is a great location if you're interested in Stanley Park and Denman. The place though was amazing value. Huge apartment -perfect for friends getting together with their kids in the city. You hear some street noise but not bad.
Linda from Canada (9/10)
The location was excellent, the facilities spotlessly clean, the condo itself very comfortable from the beds and pillows to the furniture selected, and the security was excellent. It felt more like home than a hotel which we appreciated. The staff were professional and helpful.

Super 2 bed suite. Staff were very friendly and helpful. When one of our party had a problem with a padlock the maintenance man came to the rescue.
Denis from Canada (10/10)
The hotel is located in a charming and quiet neighbourhood; plenty of great dining options nearby; close to Stanley Park, the Robson Street shopping area and of English Bay; the suite was extremely clean, comfortable and well appointed with a fireplace; staff were professional and efficient; overall, it felt like a very good complement to enjoy Vancouver like a local;

Fabulous reception, we booked 1 bed room for 1 night then moved to 2 bed when a friend joined us. Staff moved cases for us and easy transfer.
Close to shops/places to eat etc.
