  1.在Stadium-Chinatown附近，Rogers Arena對面，走路就可以到Costco，附近也有大統華超市。
  2.公寓不大，二個標準的房間，可以睡4個人，另一個房間比較小，是沙發床可以睡一個人。
  3.廚房有完善的設備和餐具，也有調味料，自己下廚很方便，還有提供膠囊咖啡。
  4.浴室有提供盥洗用品、毛巾和吹風機。
  5.有洗衣機和烘乾機，也提供洗衣精。 6.有免費的專用停車場。
  
  What could be improved: 唯一的缺點就是在Skytrain的軌道旁邊，從早上6點到零晨1點都會有列車經過，如果是對聲音比較敏感的人，可能會無法入睡，不過房東有提供耳塞。
