    Clean, comfortable, quiet and in a great location.

    What could be improved: No complaints, the property was perfect for us. It is a basement apartment, so if you have difficulty with stairs, this is not a good fit for you. The description of the unit is upfront about this though.

    Good space and price.

    What could be improved: We couldn’t find the bedding for the sofa bed. By we realized this returning from our concert at 1am, it was too late to disturb our host. I am sure the problem would have been fixed if we had noticed earlier.

    The location is very good, not far from downtown Vancouver. There's a nice park meters away to take a stroll or relax. We did not use public transportation as we were visiting my son who lives nearby and he drove us around, however I believe there is a very good bus service. There is a wonderful bakery (Berka bakery) about 20 min walk away and its a must if you're in the area. Theres also a Starbucks and a few more small outlets in the same area.
    The seperate entrance to the eir bnb is a big plus. We didnt have to interfere with the hosts but they were very quick to respond with any queries. The area is very peaceful.
    Would definitely recommend staying here.

    What could be improved: There was nothing we didnt like about this place but maybe a clothes iron and a toaster would be good to have. It has everything else and more that one would expect.

    Easy self check-in, contact to the host in advance was very friendly and we got all informations we needed.

    Well appointed and very clean. Comfortable bedroom and sitting area. The heated floors in the kitchen and bathroom were a nice surprise. The kitchen was stocked with necessities and everything from cutlery to laundry detergent was organized and easy to find. The neighbourhood was very quiet and the host was attentive and helpful. We had a lovely stay!

    This was a lovely suite in a very lovely neighbourhood in Vancouver, easy access from the airport. Great amenities provided, washer/ dryer, huge fridge, tv, towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash all much appreciated. The pillows on the bed were the most comfortable i have ever slept on. Everything was very clean, its was lovely and warm when we got in from the torrential rain. Great communication from very friendly owner and lastly very good prices, we will definitely return to this lovely place when we return to Vancouver.

    What could be improved: Maybe could use an automatic light down by the side gate you go through for access to the back yard. Wifi would be nice too.
