The Space Itself

There’s this nice flow between the living area and bedroom that doesn’t feel cramped, even though you’re in the city. What I really appreciated was the kitchen setup — it’s actually functional, not just decorative like some places. You know what I mean, you can make real meals here, not just heat up leftovers. The windows face west, so you get this gorgeous afternoon light that makes the whole space feel warm and lived-in.

Here’s the thing about staying in Kits — you’re living like a local, not a tourist. I’d walk down to Fourth Avenue for coffee in the morning, and honestly, some of the best independent shops and cafes in Vancouver are right there. The beach is maybe a ten-minute stroll, which sounds far but it’s actually perfect. Close enough that you’ll go, far enough that you’re not dealing with crowds right outside your door. Plus, getting downtown is easy — the bus routes from here are straightforward, or you can just walk to the seawall and bike in.

The host clearly knows what they’re doing. Everything from check-in to little touches around the place shows someone’s actually thought about what travelers need. There’s decent parking (which, if you know Vancouver, is not a given), and the building is quiet — I mean, you’ll hear the occasional neighbor, but it’s residential quiet, not hotel-hallway quiet.   Die Wohnung ist ein Traum und Ingrid eine tolle Gastgeberin.
  Die Lage ist perfekt. 5 Busse die alle nach Downtown fahren innerhalb von 3 Min zurrreichen. Waterfront 5 Min/ Strand 15 min zu Fuß.Herrlicher Blick. Nachbarschaft und Umgebung sehr schön.Ich war 14 Tage in der Unterkunft,davon 5 Tage alleine.Ich habe mich total sicher und wohl gefühlt. Restaurants und Supermarkt gut zuerreichen. Schöner
