The property is conveniently located near Queen Elizabeth park, lots of restaurants and also a few minutes from downtown Vancouver.

Location was amazing , close to QE Park which is perfect for walking , just off the Canada line so you can get to and from the airport or downtown very easily, so you dont need a car if you dont mind transit . Vancouver has excellent public transport The host was very friendly .

The location, the comfortable beds, three large enough bedrooms, adequate clothes hanging facilities. The neighborhood areas are quiet and safe and very close to QE Park. A few coffee shops were within walking distance.
What could be improved: The kitchen sink and the bathroom sinks in both 3-piece and 2-piece bathrooms were very dirty. The coffee maker was so dirty that we couldn’t use it. Die Wohnung ist ca. 8min Fußweg zum Skytrain mit dem man in 10min am Flughafen ist und in 15min im Zentrum. Sehr praktisch, ruhige Wohngegend fussläufig zu einem schönen Park. Wohnung ist im Souterrain, nette Vermieterin samt Hund wohnt darüber. 3 Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett und im Wohnbereich noch eine Schlafcouch. 2 Bäder, gut ausgestattete Küche. Wir haben uns zu 7t wohlgefühlt.

De aanwezigheid van een wasmachine en wasdroger.
What could be improved: Het ligt niet op tuin niveau maar is het verbouwde souterrain/kelder van een gewone woning. Uitzicht op verveloze trap en muur. ‘s morgens vroeg al leefgeluiden van bewoners en hond boven. De schoonmaak moet beter (haren in de badkamers). Slaapkamers ruiken muf en eentje naar natte hond. Kleine raampjes in slaapkamers. De ruimtes zijn saai (schilderijtje aan de muur zou leuk zijn). In de tweede badkamer is géén douche/bad aanwezig terwijl dat wel in de beschrijving staat.
