    Very clean and rooms were bright

    What could be improved: Very cold! No heating facilities.

    Very cute. Good size. Great communication.

    What could be improved: It was very cold.
    No heating other than space heater. we turn it on for a while and breaker went off. So we did not have any heat.

    What could be improved: it could be made clearer – access is to a semi basement unit and that the final steps into the unit are only navigable for able bodied people.

    Parking was easy, very clean, close walk to the train station

    What could be improved: It’s an apartment building so you could hear other tenants at times talking or walking around. Also the shower only had cold water but luckily we were only there for 1 night

    It was great having two rooms since there were 3 of us. Shower/bath very good and VERY small. Very clean and modern unit. Private entrance and the bedrooms were nice (had outlets there and comfy but SMALL). Lots of storage. Safe neighborhood. Great check in experience

    What could be improved: The outlets were in such bad places we could not use coffee maker, use tv…. They remodeled it to make it nice but several incoveniences if you want to stay there longer. Very small so thats why i would not recommend for long term. One night, place is fine and probably great value for two bedrooms.

    What could be improved: Other tenants tried to enter our apartment in the middle of night. They were also extremely loud. Not a proper lock on the laundry room door. Slight musty odor.

    The beds were comfortable.

    What could be improved: 1. The facilities are lacking. I have not seen such a small bathroom sink/countertop where you cannot even bend over to wash your face.
    2. Wi-Fi worked only in the living/dining area. And that too was disconnecting often. No Wi-Fi in the bedrooms.
    3. The door to utilities area is not secured properly. It looks like it can be opened from the other side where there are stairs. Did not feel safe due to this. It may need a deadbolt or something.
    4. People upstairs were walking and banging the ceiling loudly at 2 am, which disrupts the sleep.
    5. Too expensive for such a small facility. Not a good value. I would not stay there again.
