  The apartment is nicely renovated and equipped with things like a new washing machine (including capsules for washing), new dryer, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bathroom with shower, all very nice and clean. Also, the apartment is more spacious than you would expect from the photo's.

  Apartment interior and furnishings were like new. Beds were very comfortable. Property was Google equipped for lighting, thermostats, and flat screen. Washer/dryer worked well. Hallways and apartment door very secure/PIN code accessed which was important. Property manager was absolutely wonderful/extremely helpful and accommodating. Convenience store and Asian grocery just down the block. An easy walk to Railtown/Steamtown neighborhood.
