Our stay in this room was the best experience we could have asked for. Since the beginning you can tell that every single detail it's carefully considered to make you feel welcome. The bed was super confortable and everything was perfectly clean. Moreover, the house is well located, at walking distance of Kitsilano and Jericho Beach. The surroundings are gorgeous and public transit is handy, the bus takes you to Downtown in 20 minutes. Hosts are genuinely special people and willing to provide you with tips and tricks about Vancouver to make the most out your trip. We fully recommend this place!

What could be improved: CleanEva from Germany – 10 May 2023 (9/10)
Seema and Gord were very nice and caring. The appartement is small, but very comfortable and well equiped. With a small fridge and kettle it's possible to prepare some meals for breakfast or dinner. The surrounding is lovely when you want to get to know Vancouver apart from the typical tourist sites.
Thomas from United States – 9 September 2022 (9/10)
Location was good, within walking distance of quite a bit in terms of restaurants and activities. The room itself was great, very comfortable and clean.
Eva from Canada – 28 August 2022 (8/10)

Henry from Singapore – 16 August 2024 (7/10)
The host was very responsive and helpful.
What could be improved: the walls are very thin, so the tenants living on the other side chatting late at night can be heard, and as I am a light sleep, I was not able to sleep well.Janette from Australia – 8 August 2024 (7/10)
Having your own bathroom & washer/dryer
What could be improved: It was kind of stuffy but as I'd just arrived into Canada, it may be that I didn't know how to get air into the place.Nikola from Czech Republic – 29 May 2024 (7/10)
What could be improved: I know it's not host's fault but… It was so much noise from the next room from the guys(who are living there, maybe)… It was very uncomfortable…
Cecile from Canada – 21 May 2024 (8/10)
Gordon was very pleasant and easy to talk to. He provided the extra thing we needed. Also, the plaxe was very close to the venue of our weekend activities.
What could be improved: We can hear voices talking in the other room.Jr from Netherlands – 10 August 2022 (8/10)
In term of the cost, no breakfast is expected
What could be improved: Sound isolation is not ideal. You can hear from other rooms. But the owner has warned us in advance
