  The biggest advantage is its convenience in transportation. Really a few minutes’ walk to Joyce Collingwood Skytrain Station. No more than 3 minutes I bet.
  
  What could be improved: It’s better to make sure the shower drainage and the washbasin drainage will work well. They can block easily.

  Comfy beds, great location, unit was as shown in pics and was in a good neighborhood. Was able to park directly in front of the property and only a few minutes drive to Metrotown. Great value and would stay here again.

  Great location, easy to find and really close to the transport routes. Easy to access with a door code and equipped with everything you need for a short stay.
  
  What could be improved: The shower clogged up quite a lot so we had to clear the drain, which wasn’t ideal.
