  Our host Lucy was very helpful, we arrived early and asked if we could store our luggage before checkin, and that worked out. She was timely in her responses. Very clear checkin and checkout instructions. The sunset view was nice. The blinds work on Alexa commands. The high ceilings make the place feel spacious. Shower pressure and hot water was good. There are anti slip tread tape on the stair steps and handrail to the loft. There is a Nesters Market across the street, and Pacific Centre mall and other shopping areas are in walking distance. The metro is also a short walk away. We did not have a car during our stay, but having parking spot is a plus. The washer and dryer are at the loft level. For restaurants, there is an Earls Test Kitchen (where they have new test menu items along with the regular) and Nando's Piri Piri chicken nearby which we enjoyed. Also Breka Bakery has good pastries.
