  The agent Lisa met us at the property and was very helpful as we arrived 4 hours later then anticipated. She was also on the end of a text and gave us good restaurant recommendations which we local to the area. We also were allowed to store our cases for a couple of hours.
  
  Our apartment was on the 15th floor great for us but you need to be aware Vancouver has lots of high rise accommodation.
