  The host is welcoming, accessible and took care of my well being.. The room was comfortable and clean..Private and secure.

  Facilities are accessible for sharing as host is very accomodating.
  The place is a bit walking distance from public transportation.. Good for fireign student/traveler who just need a room

  The pin code to the door was easy, great not to have to worry about keys or late check in especially as I arrived late at night straight from an international flight. The large amount of space in the room for all of my luggage was great and the extra towels was a nice comfort to have. The path down the side of the house has a light so if you arrive in the dark you can see properly. I was able to check out 30/40 mins later. Wifi had good connection. I asked for no fake air fresheners and that was honoured.
  
  What could be improved: The entrance to get to the room is through a path with a low overgrown hedge making the path quite narrow, then down the side of the house where half the concrete path has overhanging from the house so you then end up on the gravel in a narrow walkway trying to drag bags along, it was really awkward. The pillows that were supplied were extremely lumpy (like oats in a pillow) and uncomfortable, the bed in the photos looks far more glamourous. The cleanliness was disappointing, the bathroom had hair from what I can only assume is the previous guests, all over the floor and bits in the shower, the kettle that was supplied in the room, not only didn't fit in the sink in the bathroom but had mould growing inside of it. I was awoken at around 7/7.20am on my first morning by whoever was using the bathroom that must be directly above the bedroom, I could hear everything, heavy footsteps, their toileting habits, blowing their nose in the shower, the pounding of water from the shower down the drains, the flushes and the water gurgling down the pipes quite loudly, not restful at all for someone trying to combat jet lag after a long journey.
