    The location is on a busyish street but the house is superbly built and the traffic is therefore a non-issue. The benefit of this location is that it's easy to drive just about anywhere. The location is superb as it is very close to a shopping area (literally an easy walk of two blocks) with a wide variety of restaurants and easy access to groceries. The house is spacious and comfortable with a very well-appointed kitchen and seating for 6. We were 4 adults and a child and we never felt cramped anywhere. There are plenty of washrooms so once again, no one got in anyone's way.
    The rooms are comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. Our 10-year-old LOVED the bunk bed situation and the fact that she could literally slide out of bed in the morning. Our hosts were exceptional and really came through for us. I wish that all hosts went the extra distance the way Kevin and Angela did. We really hated leaving as this was an ideal spot for us and a great launching pad for our multiple adventures in and around Vancouver.

    Location, cleanliness, comfort. The home is very well taken care of and it was easy to find things. Close to downtown Vancouver without being in it. Bus stops right in front of the house.
