  The staff are beyond friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. As soon as I entered the hotel, the concierge staff were amazing, the reception staff even more welcoming and even the cleaning staff were so bubbly.
  The hotel room itself was superb. As soon as you enter the room there is soothing jazz music that greets you, and I loved the bathroom because of the heated tiles!
