  Pleasant, cute and comfortable bungalow. Everything on one floor, the main floor, which is otherwise unoccupied. A quiet tenant lives in the daylight basement apartment downstairs and uses their own separate entries. Incredible location!! We loved walking to the many great places on West Broadway, less than 10min away by foot. Safe family neighborhood with ample street parking.
