    Suite was great. Clean, neat and comfortable. Really did have everything needed and all was in good repair. Felt secure once in the property.

    What could be improved: The location was the only negative which was too bad because everything else was great. Homeless peoples on both sides of the street for that block.

    No breakfast included. We made or own from groceries bought at Dollarama nearby.

    What could be improved: We were expecting a queen bed as we were husband and wife and therefore surprised to find 2 single beds.

    Terrific location, safe, comfortable, quiet, great value. Heaps of buses from the street out front. Close to metro stations.

    What could be improved: There's no reception but the host responded to our messages. For instance, there was only one day's dishwasher powder for our one week stay, but more were left at our door when we messaged.
    No second fob key was provided when we messaged asking for one.
    Better service would be better, but that's probably why it's so cheap.
    Despite these type of issues, we thoroughly recommend it.

    The property ensured a staff member would be available despite my late check-in (11pm) despite a late flight/arrival.
    It's like living in your own 1 bedroom apartment.
    Great location. Steps away from tourist sites and public transit.

    The bed was super comfy. Everything was squeaky clean. The location is also great. Would definitely stay here again.

    What could be improved: There is no way to leave your luggage before or after check in (no luggage room or reception). Only way is too pay extra for early check in.

    What could be improved: Could have used a bath mat and face cloth. Thermostat wasn’t user friendly. A page showing how to set heat would have been a good idea.
