  Kind of clean and location is good.
  
  What could be improved: It is an old house basement, all facilities are old and noise and the room is next to the laundry room on the upper stairs. While we were staying, the host rented an upper-upper-stair to a family with two children. So you can imagine it is expected that you will be weak up on 6-7 am.

  What could be improved: Trata-se de um porão, então você está sujeito a todos os barulhos da casa, desde os passos sobre sua cabeça até a máquina de lavar separada apenas por uma porta do quarto de dormir e que era ligada às 6 da manhã.
  
  A TV não estava conectada, logo não pudemos usar.
