Condo in Downtown Vancouver – Near Rogers Arena Overview
First Impressions
Walking into this Condo in Downtown Vancouver – Near Rogers Arena, you immediately get that “I could actually live here” feeling — which makes sense, since it’s essentially a proper apartment rather than your typical hotel room. The building itself sits right in the heart of Vancouver’s downtown core, and honestly, the location couldn’t be better if you tried. I mean, you’re literally steps from Rogers Arena, so if you’re catching a Canucks game or a concert, you’ll be back in your room before most people have even made it to the parking lot.
The Space
What really sets this four-star place apart is how it feels like an actual home rather than a sterile hotel room. The condo is thoughtfully laid out with a proper kitchen — not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation — which means you can actually cook if you want to save some money or just prefer eating in. The living area flows naturally into the bedroom space, and there’s enough room to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. You know what I appreciated most? The floor-to-ceiling windows that give you these sweeping city views, especially gorgeous at night when all the downtown lights are twinkling.
Location & Neighborhood
Keefer Place puts you right in the sweet spot of downtown Vancouver. You’re walking distance to Gastown’s cobblestone streets and trendy restaurants, plus Chinatown is practically next door if you’re craving some authentic dim sum. The waterfront and Canada Place are just a short stroll away, and honestly, you can reach most of Vancouver’s main attractions on foot. What couples really seem to love (and I can see why) is how you can easily walk to romantic dinner spots in Yaletown or catch the SkyTrain to explore other neighborhoods without dealing with downtown parking headaches.
Practical Perks
The building amenities are solid without being flashy — there’s a fitness center that’s actually well-equipped, not just a couple of sad treadmills in a basement room. The high-speed wifi works reliably throughout the space, which is crucial if you’re mixing business with pleasure. I also noticed the soundproofing is surprisingly good considering you’re in such a central location — even with Rogers Arena events happening nearby, it stays pretty quiet inside. The building’s security is tight but not intrusive, and having your own private entrance code makes you feel like a temporary local rather than a tourist.
Why Guests Love It
That 9.5 rating really shows, and it’s easy to see why couples rate this place so highly for romantic getaways. There’s something special about having your own little Vancouver pied-à-terre where you can cook breakfast together, then step outside and be immediately immersed in city life. The combination of space, location, and that residential feel creates this perfect balance — you get the independence of having your own place with all the perks of staying in downtown Vancouver’s most happening neighborhood. It’s the kind of spot where you’ll find yourself already planning your next visit before you’ve even checked out.

Erika from United States – 28 March 2025 (10/10)
The view of the city and water was phenomenal! This property might be the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in, we felt safe parking our car in the gated garage attached to the property, and it was well designed and appointed. Miro was a perfect host! 10/10 recommend. We would stay here again, without a doubt!
Colleen from United States – 24 January 2025 (10/10)
The condo unit was clean, comfortable and well decorated with a nicely stocked and equipped little kitchen. The views were great and just a short walk to some good restaurants, Chinatown and the arena. The building was well maintained with good security and the parking stall for the unit was large and convenient.
What could be improved: Unfortunately, the gym and spa were not available for our use…my adult grandkids were very disappointed about that.Elizabeth from Brazil – 23 January 2025 (10/10)
Gorgeous views, amazing apartment

Great property for our family (2 adults and 2 kids), handy to have 2 bathrooms. Kitchen well stocked, good appliances and an excellent coffee machine. We’d happily stay here again on our next visit to Vancouver!!

Beautiful view, clean, and close to public transportation!
Mary from Canada – 25 November 2024 (10/10)
This location was excellent. There was a coffee shop one block away as well as a grocery story and pharmacy. The condo itself was gorgeous inside and the city views were spectacular. It was sparkling clean and very well appointed with comfortable furniture, many utensils as well as some food to use if needed. The inclusion of small things such soap and shampoo was much appreciated. We felt that it was very good value for the price as it was also very close to Rogers Centre, BC Place, Gastown, transit and more. Instructions for entering the condo were very detailed. I highly recommend this property if you are looking to visit Vancouver.

The location was perfect for the trip I had planned. My first time in Vancouver and we just had to walk out the front doors and everything was very near. It was clean and beautifully decorated. Everything you needed was there. The view was amazing!

Very central location with stunning views. Space was very clean and well stocked with some nice basics (coffee tea, olive oil, and the like). Mercifully quick elevators. The host was very responsive to questions. Would absolutely recommend for anyone without a fear of heights.
What could be improved: We did suggest an unscented detergent might be a good choice in the future, given the prevalence of allergy sufferers. The host did acknowledge the feedback. We were able to work around it.Claire from New Zealand – 31 August 2024 (9/10)
Well set up in a good location, lots of thoughtful touches.
Steve from United Kingdom – 24 August 2024 (10/10)
