    Good location, nice and spacious, 2 bathrooms were great with 3 women! Owner got back to us quickly with any concerns

    What could be improved: Apartment was very hot as we stayed in summer, darker blockout blinds were needed but would be lovely in winter. Couldn’t open the windows as it was too noisy.

    Central location. 5-10min walk to Robson, 25min walk to Rogers place, 15min walk to Yaletown. 2 bedroom place, with plenty of room for 4 people. Nice enclosed dining area on converted patio. Has laundry, kitchen, nice TV. Beds were comfortable. Free underground parking.

    What could be improved: There were several small but disappointing things about our stay that affected our review.
    There was several missing items from the condo, starting with replacement toilet paper rolls, detergent for the dishwasher, paper towels or rags in the kitchen, hand soap in the bathrooms, spatula, and a coffee maker. Also they hung wet sheets, and towels in the closet which were still very wet after 2 days which gave the condo a musty/moldy smell. There are several broken binds in the condo which block the “city view”. When I messaged the “property” the responses were slow and unapologetic. We in fact ended up buying our own toilet paper bc of poor communication and response times. I feel this property is run by a distant management team and not by the “owner” as all messages were signed the “host”. So in the end I was disappointed with our stay as you’d expect the above items to be in your room for over &300 a
    night. If management took service more seriously I could recommend this condo but as it stands today I’m hesitant.

    Exactly like the pictures. Very roomy, clean and comfortable. Staff answered questions really quickly during the time. Easy to access, parking lot was great! Nice location that close to most places.

    What could be improved: We didn’t find any hand soap or tissue to use in the apartment.

    Really great location, close to everything. The apartment had 2 bathrooms which was really nice for the 3 of us, and it was good to have kitchen space.

    What could be improved: It isn't the biggest apartment, and the layout is a bit strange, but we didn't spend a lot of time there, so it didn't make too much difference. Would have been nice to have some instructions on how the tv worked or things in the area to do – you know the standard guide for things.
