  My husband and I felt like home at your property. Tasty breakfast, beautiful, convenient location- minutes from Jericho beach and one bus (14) to downtown and Granville on the way, couple of bus stops to UBC.
  We highly recommend this property and looking forward to return here again our next visit to Vancouver!

  Spotlessly clean. Host had thought of things that we’d need and provided lots of food and beverages. Beds very comfortable. Basic toiletries provided. Very close to bus stops so easy to get to places. Car parking also available.

  Beautiful property , everything is immaculate, everywhere. Colleen is a wonderful hostess with a fab breakfast service . The bed was super comfortable and pillows awesome 🤩 . Great location too .

  We really enjoyed our stay here – we had our own space which was clean and spacious with all the facilities we could have asked for. Colleen was super friendly and helpful, and made us a lovely breakfast each morning. The location was great, a short walk from the shops and Jericho beach, and a pleasant longer walk to Kits.

  Colleen was an excellent host. She was very helpful and was available for any questions. She made wonderful breakfasts.
  The kitchen was fully equipped with all the little extras like coffee, and some fruit, milk, and water already stocked in the fridge. And a private patio to sit out over looking a beautiful garden.
