  The location is strategic for newcomers. Options of dining takeaway. Government-related offices are nearby and banks too. The hotel staffs were friendly. Special credit to the front desk team for providing a pleasant room throughout my stay.

  Location is perfect, used many times before, unfortunately half hotel is under reconstruction following a fire last year.

  Perfect Location to get around Downtown Vancouver. There is a very good Breakfast right next to the hotel. The rooms are clean and they make an effort to clean the rooms everyday when you're gone. You get everything you expect from a 3 star hotel. The staff is also very friendly. Would recommend if you are on a budget for a small trip to Downtown Vancouver
