I live in Surrey, 33km away from this air bnb. I run a small business, and 2 of my clients are in UBC. I also had a ticket for a concert downtown Vancouver. I couldn't find a better accommodation! I could park my car in the driveway, and I took the Skytrain (which is 5 mins walk from the airbnb for real!) to go to the concert. I traveled alone. The room is big and comfortable, there's a coffee machine (the coffee is very good), a small fridge and a microwave). The bathroom features a big shower . The owners are very friendly, and they did their best to accommodate my requests.

The room was big and the bed was amazingly comfortable!! It was clean and the shower was nice. Wifi worked well. Easy check in/out. Parking available for vehicle. Fridge and kitchen facilities provided.
